What’s ChurchOS?
ChurchOS is a comprehensive leadership system that’s rooted in biblical principles and is applicable to any church. We use team-based strategic conversations to change behaviors and lead to confident decisions. These decisions will unleash the Gospel potential of any church and help it achieve lasting alignment to the Great Commission.
Like most church leaders, you’ve probably faced some of these challenges – the siloing of your staff into departments that don’t collaborate, an eldership or board who isn’t tracking with what you’re trying to do, or not being able to figure out why you’re stuck and not growing in numbers. Your church is likely running an OS (Operating System) by default. You may be running the consensus OS where everybody has to be in agreement before you make a decision. You may be running the latest conference OS – the latest, greatest idea for the year.
None of these work well in the long term. That’s why it’s important to run an OS by design, not by default. ChurchOS was designed by Intentional Churches as a solution that any church can use to get back to the basics of church leadership and stay encouraged and clear about how to lead His church. As a certified ChurchOS Coach, I will help you implement a Growth Planning process that is biblical, helpful, and effective!

Plug into the core process of ChurchOS and navigate your church through these four fundamental phases of intentional growth: Discover (objective evaluation of biblical priorities), Design (create a dynamic vision to reach your community), Organize (identify the next seasons work, and get organized), Activate (execute vision-driven projects and measure your progress).

On-Site ChurchOS Install
We’ll spend two days on-site with a core group of leaders from your church navigating our growth planning process. This is a key opportunity to hear from one another, learn together, and envision God’s best for your church and community. This on-site experience will fast forward your team’s growth, alignment, and yearly planning.
Ongoing Coaching and Support
As your ChurchOS Coach, I’ll walk with your church to provide coaching, support, and resourcing. We can personalize your ChurchOS experience and coaching to ensure that it fits your church budget, goals, and leadership structure. ChurchOS Coaching helps move this growth planning process from a good idea to Great Commission impact.
