A twelve-month in-depth relationship to focus and align your church’s discipleship approach. This includes one two-day on-site growth planning session, three on-site reporting and celebration sessions, and monthly coaching with the project lead. If you’re ready to go all-in on unleashing a disciple-making movement, this is for you.
Solution-Based Coaching
From our initial two-day on-site session, we’ll identify a development plan and punch list. Coaching is personalized for your church and your ministry context. This solution-based coaching will connect your team leaders with the support, resources, and strategies needed to implement your renewed discipleship approach. We’re in this together!
Support and Resources
As we identify additional needs and opportunities related to your discipleship efforts, I am here as a support and resource. I am available to provide additional training, coaching, and resourcing to help you get the job done. From strategic problem solving to staff training, I’m happy to speak into anything that will help you meet your goals!
